You may download the your applicable information displayed on ELIVIO for personal, noncommercial use only, provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials.

Your access and use of ELIVIO is also subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions") and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing ELIVIO, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreement between you and INVIZO/ELIVIO are suspended and of no force or effect.

INVIZO/ELIVIO facilitates to track your & your family's Health portfolio. All Health Information/Content/Material including News/Tips/Highlights on Portal/App is for information purpose only. INVIZO has taken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect confidentiality of the user information and its transmission through the WorldWideWeb. ELIVIO uses AES 256-bit encryption, for the transmission of information.

INVIZO/ELIVIO is not a registered broker or financial advisor and does not recommend the services of any financial institution or advisor.

Financial/Service Accounts which users add/link here, are services of the listed financial institutions and other service providers. It is for informational purposes only, not for trading/commercial/transactional purposes.

In case of change in account credentials, ELIVIO recommends you to update the same on Portal/App too. If not, ELIVIO disables auto-refresh and allows manual refresh only after the change to valid credentials.

Account Balances, Transactions & other data are per the most recent refresh from the Financial Institution/Service Provider; and this information may not be accurate for given moment as our auto-refresh is scheduled at specific intervals OR if refresh is unsuccessful.

You may download the added Account/Transactional information displayed on ELIVIO for personal, noncommercial use only.

No liability:
INVIZO/ELIVIO shall not be liable for any delays or errors in the content, information, advice or insights or any related action taken by user.
INVIZO/ELIVIO shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type (not limited to business loss/loss of revenue, income, profits, or anticipated savings) arising out of your use of the services of any financial institution, service provider or advisor.

To be very specific,
  • we will not sell your personally identifiable data to any third party
  • we will not contact you without your explicit permission, unless required by ELIVIO support to guide you in effective use of product
  • access to the registration information, and any other personal information by users is restricted
Collection of Personal Information:

In order to avail the Services offered by ELIVIO Portal/App, Users are required to register account for his/her family and add family members to the account.

We collect personally identifiable information (Name, email address, Contact Number but not Payment Instrument details) from you when you SignUp and create an account with us.

As ELIVIO has tie-up with external payment gateways, for Electronic Payment Gateway facility through a third party net banking service provider registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). INVIZO/ELIVIO shall not collect your Credit/Debit Card number, CVV, Expiration Date, for any transaction on Portal/App


As is true of most portal/apps, ELIVIO gathers and processes automatically generated information about how you use the portal/app, including your IP-address, browser type and/or an unique device ID.

If you specifically opt-in to permit access and collection of information from your social network account, your basic personal information in your social network account and user id will be collected. Please refer the respective social network's privacy policy for more details and to set privacy preferences.

The user or persons authorized by them may be asked to enter personal information including medical records on the portal/app. It can include all information that can be linked to a specific individual or to identify any individual, such as name, address, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card number, card holder name, expiration date, medical scans, reports, prescriptions, insurance, medical devices or any information requested portal/app or its services.

In addition, if you specifically opt-in to permit access and collection of information from your wearable technology devices and/or accounts, your heath and activity readings will be collected for display purposes only.

ELIVIO might need permissions including but not limited to your device's contacts/location/storage ONLY for the following purposes:
  • to enable you to use the service
  • to provide you the support
  • to improve the service
  • to send you informative push notifications. You can manage your preferences through settings
  • to keep you updated with relevant information service
Android & iOS permissions:

This section describes how ELIVIO requests access to below system permissions.

  • CAMERA: For the sole purpose of digitizing any record or document and user profile updates
  • CONTACTS: Needed to import contacts listed in the linked account, only for you and your authorized persons from the family
  • LOCATION: Needed to obtain your location to offer related services using GPS only as is usually more accurate
  • STORAGE: For the sole purpose of uploading/downloading applicable images as you choose. For e.g. to upload digitized health records

In any event, you can block this permission through the settings of your device.

In addition, Android 6.0 introduced a new permission model to enable users to mange permissions at runtime than installation time. Below are those that Elivio app requires with clear explanation of each.

Use of user/profile/demographic Information:

In our efforts to continually improve our product offerings, we collect and analyze demographic and profile data about registered Users on our Portal/App.

We do maintain IP logs that record data about all Users who access our Portal/App. We use this information for providing service and for analysis. All logs are stored securely, and can only be accessed by our designees on a need-to-know basis.

We collect IP address of registered users only for providing log history of their own accounts.


We, along with Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our portal/app.

Sharing of Personal Information:

Information provided by Users is used by ELIVIO to provide the Service and to enhance the overall experience. Access to Registration Information & Personal Information as provided/keyed in by users is restricted and used in accordance with specific procedures in order to operate and improve our Service.

ELIVIO may also use few third-party vendors or service providers to help us providing services to you, such as SMS/email communications, financial summary over the cloud or for payment gateway. Such third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide under contract and under law.

Under no circumstances, INVIZO/ELIVIO will sell, distribute, trade, lease or rent the Personal Information of its Users to anyone for any reason(s). We may provide aggregate statistics about our customer, sales, traffic patterns, and Portal information to reputable third-party vendors, but in no way, it includes any Personal identification of Users.

We may disclose your Personal Information in order to assist the Government Authority or in adherence to the Court or required by law. To do so AND to protect the interest of ELIVIO, you authorize us to disclose your Personal Information ONLY in such cases.

Security Precautions:
ELIVIO uses AES 256-bit encryption, for the transmission of information. Despite our efforts to protect User information, we cannot ensure the security of any information transmitted to us through, as no method of data storage & transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, unfortunately. If you have noticed that the interaction is no longer secure, please immediately write to support@elivio.com .

You consent to receive information & updates from ELIVIO regarding the Service ONLY related to your account, through valid modes of communications SMS/email. These communications include Finance & Health Summary reports about YOU & YOUR FAMILY, alerts that need your attention.

We may use third-party advertisements for our non-premium Users on Portal/App.
